Our plain tinted epoxy range is a 100% solids resin. It is the base of all systems but also provides a long-lasting solution on its own. It comes in a huge range of colours for you to choose from.

Ultra Flake

The Ultra Flake range is highly suitable for both residential and commercial floors. There is an extensive range of flake and epoxy combinations available, with a range of highlight colours to also make your floors stand out.

Hyper Flake

The Hyper Flake range is for you if you are looking for a natural stone finish. An alternative to polished concrete flooring that is stunning and durable.

Ready Range

Our Process

How It Works

Not all epoxy floors are created equal. At Epoxy Creations our goal is to give you a personalised experience and an epoxy floor that is stylish and durable for many years to come. To achieve this result, we use a 5-coat system using the following steps:

Concrete Grinding & Preparation

Success in epoxy flooring starts with proper preparation. We consider concrete variations, age, and exposure to elements when choosing the right diamonds for grinding. Afterwards, cracks are repaired with epoxy filler before applying the coatings.

Prime & Base coat of tinted epoxy

After preperation, A tinted epoxy prime coat is applied, allowed to dry, and forms a solid foundation for the next coat. The base coat is applied, and your chosen flake is broadcasted into it while the epoxy is wet.

Flake Application

Your Chosen flake is spread evenly over the base epoxy coating. Prior to sealing, any surplus flake is meticulously removed. An extensive color palette is available for consideration.

Polyaspartic Sealer – 2 coats

To finish your floor and give it that long-lasting protection, we apply 2 coats of a polyaspartic sealer to your floor. A few of the many benefits of polyaspartic is its resistance to oil and chemicals and that it is also fast curing, meaning you get to use your floor sooner.

Can epoxy be applied over tiles?

If your tiles are structurally sound then epoxy can be applied over tiles.

Is epoxy flooring slippery?

Plain and Flake epoxy can be slippery when wet. We offer various ranges that are slip resistant and can also apply slip resistant products to plain and flake floors depending on your requirements.

How long does it take to install?

This varies depending on the size of the project and the preparation required. A flake floor in a double garage would be 2-3 days for completion.

How long does it take to dry?

Using our polyaspartic sealer, light foot traffic is possible after 6 hours and vehicle traffic after 24 hours.
